Located in picturesque downtown Marquette on the shores of Lake Superior at Mattson Lower Harbor Park.

Parking

Parking at the park is limited so we ask that visitors who are able park elsewhere. Parking in downtown Marquette is free on the weekends! Please read parking signage carefully.

Public Transit

Marq-Tran buses operate regularly and stop less than 1/2 mile from the park. Find more information about routes here.

What to Expect

  • Parking can be a hassle; bike, walk, or take the bus if you can. (If you purchase large art, talk to the artist about coming back with your car later to pick it up)
  • Dress in layers. The breeze off the lake can be chilly and the sun can be hot, having options for any weather makes for a more comfortable day.
  • Bring a water bottle (or buy one at the Art on the Rocks HQ). Water fill stations will be available throughout the fair.
  • Walk around the loop at least twice. It's easy to miss an amazing artist trying to see everything in once.
